"Overall it was a pleasant stay and a decent hotel. There's a big supermarket nearby, a food court and a launderette, if you're up to doing your own washing... all very reasonably priced. The only issue is that you need a car to get around...or indeed a taxi, however taxis are virtually non existent for some strange reason ! So you have to use an app to get a 'grab' car.... which wasn't the easiest thing to do. I must thank the lady at reception who was very helpful and professional in assisting...

"Had a power outage in the middle of the night, the electricity connection to the fridge is not separated from the whole room so when you remove your card from the slot, your fridge stops working, the water heater doesn't work and also there was a weird smell coming from the toilet even though it looks clean"

What was not mentioned in the posting was the availability of laundry which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is it’s 15mins outside the core city, but if you have a car, it’s not a problem. "Wonderful and great stay! The room I got is premier and it’s so spacious! Loved the space and it’s very clean and cosy. The Jap restaurant downstairs the hotel serves great food and so convenient for a meal. There is also the Aaron station18 mall just behind the hotel with great shopping and food. All in all a great boutique hotel and location. Will stay here again when back next time. "
