"They confirmed a day before if the booking was valid, yet did not have the basic room category. Got me happy saying they were upgrading. Later did I know the carpet in the seating area was stained, the lamp wouldn’t work - complained and no one came for over a day, the bed was perfect for a backache since the mattress was ruined at more than 3/4 places. The bathroom Was not very clean either.
