"We stayed for one night. The staff were very helpful and Friendly. Checking in and out services were smooth. The rooms were dated but they were tidy and clean. The hotel has a restaurant and is close to the market."

"The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"This is a family run B&B bungalow. Yasemine, her mother, and sister were such a delight! They are all friendly, fast, and always carry smiles on their faces. Yasemine speaks some English, which made it even easier for us to communicate. The food is delicious! We were especially excited that the Mother makes a homemade dish every night. Being in Turkiye for a couples weeks now, we are so over the kebobs. I love that they grow produce on their property and use it in their dishes! The food is phenomenal! The bungalow is exceptionally clean and spacious with a view of the river. They offer WiFi, but with a choppy connection. If you absolutely need WiFi, have a backup. There is parking on the property. There's no elevator and you have to take your luggage upstairs by yourself, so don't over pack. Bring your own toiletries, as none are provided. However, Yasemine 's sister offered me one of wonderful handmade soaps as body wash. I would stay here again and again! Thank you for the best hospitality I've come across in Turkiye!"

"The air conditioning is broken, and the management, supervision of the workers, and reception are absent and uninterested.I left the hotel and departed. My reservation for the night was gone. I lost my time and reservation because I could not imagine a hotel without air conditioning. Oh my God."

"Exceptionally helpful staff. Reception staff were extremely helpful with local area information, admin. and technology (Don't forget the donation of fresh tea leaves!). Vegetarian dietary requirements catered for with a little help from Google Translate! Wide variety of breakfast buffet items, all inclusive. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If there was a higher rating than 5 star we would award it. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to the main streets and plenty of great restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, we stayed in a deluxe suite, and unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi connection on the second floor of the suite. That was the only downside to an otherwise great stay."

"This hotel is located in city center of Rize, walking to all the city facilities and transportation station, clean bed , pillows, toilet and room is spacious, staff are so friendly and cooperative, you will feel home immediately. "

"Hotel is nicely situated on the Black Sea but no lift to the third floor .and breakfast is very limited.for kids ? No cereals or any sort of what kids are eating . Just Boiled eggs .some vegetables .tea and coffee and juice and toasts . "
