"I loved having a small kitchenette equipped with mostly everything we needed to cut fruit or keep drinks and other food cold. The beds had good pillows and we slept really well. I will definitely be staying with Marriot TownePlace again."

"Located near an industrial area, there's not many restaurants or groceries stores. However, the friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and plenty of parking far offset any shortcomings."

"Basic but really wonderful stay. The young folks who work at the front desk were exceptionally professional and kind. Great for a short, or even longer, stay."

"Great place to stay for the price. But don't expect like hotel feeling. You are basically staying in the student residence on their vacation."

"We arrived at 2:00 a.m. and were greeted by Harshpreet, who was very kind and helpful, even though we were tired and a bit crabby. The room was spacious and immaculate! The bed was extremely comfortable! We spent four nights and, because of the heatwave, were happy to have a place to come and hang out that didn’t feel like a small hotel room. The only small complaint I would have is that the couch was hard and not very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!
"
"The staff in every role were excellent, especially in the restaurant (breakfast 2x, dinner 1) but also at front desk and housekeeping...clearly the mandate is to go the extra mile, and they do. "
"I enjoyed everything about The Laundry Rooms. If I had one complaint it would have to be that the washer and dryer unit is somewhat complicated to achieve clean and dry clothing. Otherwise 5 put of 5. Amir and Amaul are absolutely amazing. They always seem to go above and beyond to ensure my experience while I'm here is a great one."
"Everything about our stay at the Arlington was positive. The only big issue is the construction on the main street right across the road. 2 year project replacing water lines. The main street will be very pretty again but not now. "
"I liked that there was an outdoor swimming pool.
I didn't like that the carpet looked so old, yet I understand the cost to replace is significant to the hotel and it would be inconvenient to both the hotel and it's guests."
"Hotel looks brand new and was immaculate.
Reception - great employees working there, so welcoming and always helpful. Only confusion was we asked for every other day a tidy up in our room (we stayed a week), and they came once on the third day and not again, so I kept having to ask for supplies. Then finally the cleaners came in to do a thorough clean, but we declined as we were leaving the next day as that didn't make any sense.
Breakfast - the area was modern and comfortable and great use of space. Great continental breakfast with fresh hot and cold options. Shout out to Parnisha who worked there Mon-Friday mornings, who always had a smile on her face and was so helpful, even when she was extremely busy! Could perhaps use more staff/hands in the busy mornings as it was a challenge or them to keep up with filling/re-filling of items!
Room - our room was spacious and bright and the king bed was very comfy! Liked having the kitchen, could have been stocked with more than 2 of everything, in order to use the dishwasher (had to wash by hand if we wanted to use again the same day).
Pool - clean but small. I could still do some laps when it was quiet, but when kids came in there is not much room.
Laundry - 2 washers and 2 dryers, and on a Saturday it was busy and I had to wait a while to use the machines. But was easy to access and get coins, etc.
Overall - we really enjoyed our week stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! I give it a 10/10."
"We were hiking the Bruce trail and location was perfect. Easy access to dining, close to the trail and easy access to trail heads from the motel. Breakfast was everything we needed to start our day. Staff were helpful with any needs we had. "
