"From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the front desk team. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs promptly. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several remarkable staff members, including Manohar Kumar, Asif Ahmed, Ganesh Nagarkar and Kavintha whose attentive service and culinary expertise made dining morning, lunch and dinner a delight. I had special requests during my visit which were a lemon and ginger shot every morning and a strawberry milkshake for my daughter Florence. After day one of my request, I never had to ask again as the mentioned members of the team would have them ready on arrival to the restaurant. Truly outstanding attention to detail with regards ensuring customer satisfaction. It's evident that the staff is not only skilled but also passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. Their dedication to ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay is truly commendable."

"It is a beach property but the beach is not accessible. The swim up bar is nonexistent. The other guests were so loud all night we didn’t sleep. Management told me they were so drunk that they could do nothing. We were the only 2 groups in the hotel and they put the drunk people playing loud music and screaming all night in our building. If you want to relax and enjoy your time. Stay somewhere else. "

" Perfect property in an amazing community by a fascinating beach. The apartment is perfect, equiped with everything a family may need, in a very well-kept condition. The most fascinating part is the wonderful terrace with pool/seaview.. The building is clean, the community is elegant, and the beach is fantastic. The supermarket is steps away, you won't need to step out for any reason. The only drawback, that room service response was a bit slow when we requested bedding for the sudabed, it took them around 75 minutes to show up, after 3 phone calls. In overall, I highly endorse and recommend the place for a peaceful family stay that will stick in the momories for long.."

"It was ok not woow. Flat was big but deducted more then i was suppose to pay and Housekeeping was not done unlike other properties if we request during our stay. No buffet breakfast was available. It was like order which took alot of time and most of daily eating items were not available during breakfast. "

Significant construction work and traffic immediately outside hotel that starts at 7am 7 days a week! Waiting over 4 hours to check in, after i had already checked in on line to arrive before 12pm. A sham."
