"No problems from check in to Check. The only thing was when I made the reservation a month earlier. I asked if the pool was heated and the representative said yes and told me the hours of operation. When got there on Wednesday the night time at the pool the Air was warm andthe water felt like a sauna. However Thursday when I actually got in the pool the air in the room and pool Temp was cold. So I called the front Desk and asked why it wasn't heated and the pool water was cold. The female attendant said you know what room temperature means? That's what water will be and it is not heated.Needless to Say we went in on Friday before we check out
