Hotels in Schötmar Station

"Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard Can't wait to go again!"

"Very clean and friendly with good service. The quaint hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is very peaceful. We had an internet problem, but it affected the entire area, not just the hotel. "

"Walk to train station and a cafe in station for quick breakfast. Not a congested area. Staff were lovely. Appreciated that signs were in English as well. Location is not a congested area. Parking was convenient Room was attractive and sufficient in size. Sitting loung in reception area. Supermarket was walking distance. "

"I arrived last in the evening and found the doors locked. I called the reception desk and was let in. The Hotel is clean and comfortable But has no restaurant and there was no Breakfast service. In fairness this information is on the hotel web site and had I paid greater attention. I likely would not have booked a room after a 220km drive and arriving late I did not want to go looking for a restaurant and instead went into the Supermarket next door for bread and meats and cheese to eat in the room. As I was travelling for business and only spending one night this was OK I must add that the hotel is in very good condition, is comfortable and spotlessly clean. It would make a good base for those exploring or as in my case a comfortable space to rest. "

"Very dissapointing. We stayed in August and on our arrival the hotel was closed. There was no one on the grounds, i tamg several times and no one was picking up. Finally, i saw someone walking with bed sheets and asked if this person was working in this hotel and they confirmed. It turned out it is a receptionist. When i explained that we're trying to get in for the last 45min and i have a meeting in 5min I would like to log in into and need a wifi password (the password wasn't given to us automatically and the phone network was very poor) she gave me the password but didn't ecen apologise. She told me that it's weird because we should got an email which we didn't. Then it was worse. The only available room (apparently the rest of the rooms were under refurbishment) was on the ground floor, and all windows and the balcony were covered in thick bushes so there was no natural light whatsoever and as a result it was absolutely freezing, even though it was August! Originally i thought the a/c is broken but there is no a/c in the rooms. Only when we left the balcony door open for several hours, the room's temperature risen a bit. Apart from brrakfast, which was nice and tasty, there was no staff member on the premises at all so ot felt a little bit ghosty sonce we were the only guest staying jn the hotel. Won't be coming back"
