For us, it was the best hotel in Melbourne in terms of both price and facilities. While the building is slightly older, everything was perfectly functional and comfortable.
If we visit Melbourne again, we would be very happy to stay here once more.

"Everything was very nice and i had a lovely stay with my partner for the weekend the only down side to it was we paid to have breakfast included af 7 am and it was never ready at 7 we had to wait 30 mins for a hot breakfast the first day we had just cereal and toast and hot tea and coffee but the hot food didn’t come out until 7:35am and then the next morning at breakfast same thing. Maybe don’t tell guest that breakfast is at 7 when really hot breakfast doesn’t come out until 7:30am. "

A tram station stop right outside you! It made going around so easy. We were in the CBD area but it never felt loud or crowded. So many shopping and dining options around the area.
