I do wish that the outdoor pool was heated so that I could use it.What a waste.The underground pool area was full of children so it was noisy and overused (if you know what I mean). "With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm.
On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this could be changed in the initial email we had from Ocean pacific. Everything else was great from staff to property. "
