"With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm. On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this could be changed in the initial email we had from Ocean pacific. Everything else was great from staff to property. "

"Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast! Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there! All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc We can not fault it at all! Super recommended "

"A short walk to central Surfers Paradise. Plenty of street parking for our visitors and free parking for guests. Clean, well presented, nice staff, excellent price. Photos represented apartment well. There was a construction site nearby which did not trouble us with noise. The lobby looks like it used yo have a bar and dining but doesnt seem to be operating at the moment. Lifts were all operational and quick. Little balcony was great and could see the ocean. For the price, excellent value. "
