"Had a wonderful stay. The location was great! Very close to everything inc shops, restaurants and transport. We stayed 7 nights and only had one set of towels Having a couple of sets of towels for the bathroom and kitchen would be ideal as they do not service the apartment if you stay less than eight day. Reception hours are limited so be sure to ask during their hours or you’ll miss them when your busy out and about. "

"The newly updated Sebel rooms have been very thoughtfully done, a kitchenette complete with an easy to use microwave was very handy. My pool room view on the 1st floor had a very large balcony with new furniture, a beautiful space to watch the sun setting behind Griffith St. Very comfy beds and gorgeous shower with duel showerheads (this curly haired gal has a dislike for rain shower heads 😉) The full buffet breakfast included in the price was vast and had choices galore, even a cooking station that you could for extras that weren't in the huge buffet display options. Shall definitely return 🌺"

Close and convenient to all shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities at a small cost. Pool towels provided."

"Excellent and very helpful staff, located accross the road from tram stop which we used every day, 1 stop to Broadbeach, 2 stops to Pacific Fair, we even took a trip to Brisbane on tram then train, very convenient. Our room was large and modern"

Upon check-in, I encountered a firm enforcement of the 3 PM arrival time; however, I was graciously granted access to the lounge, providing a comfortable retreat while I awaited my room. The panoramic room I reserved was not only spacious but also unveiled breathtaking views of the beach, which truly elevated my stay to new heights. The executive lounge brimmed with a cozy ambiance, although it did feel somewhat snug. I can easily envision them opening the patio during the warmer months to accommodate more guests and enhance the experience further. I appreciated the thoughtful layout, featuring two distinct seating areas that fostered warmth and intimacy during the winter season. Although the quality of the food varied on certain evenings, the lounge ambassadors, especially Connor, were incredibly warm and attentive, making each encounter a pleasure. The breakfast buffet at Catch was nothing short of exceptional! For those who thrive on a high-protein diet, the abundant selection will be a delightful feast. The fitness center, while fairly standard, effectively met my needs without ever feeling overcrowded. Overall, I would eagerly return to this hotel, though I would remain mindful of the costs in comparison to other properties that might offer more contemporary amenities."
