"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. "Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)"

We only saw two staff/owners here - both were very welcoming and helpful - anything we asked they were only too happy to help. We asked for a few relatively simple things - an early breakfast on the last day to leave for a flight - this was no problem, and if we could borrow a Swiss power adaptor - again no problem.
