"We had the perfect stay. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable during our trip. It’s located centrally - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away. We felt given the amount we spent, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was well suited for couples. The amenities are excellent, we loved the communal spaces and the pool. The environment is very relaxing. Wifi was reliable and good, no issues whatsoever there. I want to take a moment to mention the staff - our experience interacting with members of the team was absolutely superb from start to end. They were very friendly and informative. A really wonderful place to stay. "

"Lovely hotel with amazing staff! We were celebrating our dual birthdays and got upgraded to an exterior view room with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and wine upon check in. Parking was also convenient (we rented a car) - only a few minutes walk down the street. Rooms were clean, the hotel seems recently renovated and we were in an ideal location close to many restaurants, shops and landmarks. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Our family enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon."

"Excellent hotel. Excellent location (in between three very easily accessible metro stations). The surrounding area feels very safe. There is a great cafe 1 street away (2 min walk) from the hotel that does very good and reasonably priced food / coffeee / breakfast deals etc. Pool / spa area was great and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel. Would stay there again if I am lucky enough to visit Lisbon again. "

"Outstanding hotel find after been stranded in Lisbon for an evening. Check-in by Renata was fantastic, she shared a wealth of information to maximize my limited time in the city (e.g., Time Out Market, walks, etc.). Room, was spacious, modern, and clean w/ views of the Cristo Rei statue. The hotel is a ~25 min walk to restaurants / shopping but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Very well thought through airport hotel, offering full buffet breakfast from 2 am to 11 am. Jetlag be damned! Kind personnel and shuttle driver. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "
