"Great hotel, but my room was around 26 to 28 degrees and the hotel staff were not helpful to cool down my room. They gave me a fan which just blew hot air around. Thankfully I only stayed 2 nights, any longer and I would have had to leave regardless. The hotel itself is very very nice. Shame the service is lacking. "

"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below average. Coffee is terrible. Overall hotel maintenance and cleaning is good. "
