"No restaurant in hotel avaliable 15:00. They sent me in a Taxi 20min to find food, I had to pay for taxi. There is absolutely no restaurant in the surrounding i walked several km. There is nothing to do like bar or cafe.
The pool outside was closed off-season. The sauna was not working, the steam room had a strange smell. I got a room against the street, I guess if you got river it would have been nice.
You could not reach the top floor by som reason.

"I arrived to this hotel at 2:00 am. I had a horrible taxi driver who was asking for more money. The hotel security was not there to help. I asked for help several times and they didn’t seem to care. In addition, the WiFi didn’t work the whole time I stayed here. This hotel is not designed for businessmen. No one spoke English here, no WiFi and the security was nowhere to be found. It wasn’t a pleasant experience overall. "
