"Very poor customer service and communication was absurd! Not courteous at all and it’s very clear that they are not bothered about non citizens- sad indeed . No lunch either , only a buffet which was finished when I got to the hotel. And they could not even offer small meals regardless. Awful indeed . Not everyone likes a buffet !! "

"Locating the property isn't great as all the building numbers are "76" which made it slightly difficult to find when I had to use Google translate for the taxi man. That aside I enjoyed my stay and the receptionist was very welcoming and helped me out a lot as I can't speak Chinese. I was very fortunate to have them there.

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

Just 1 restaurant and it is Chinese food only and closed at 5pm for dinner. No room service menu and nobody in bar lounge to order a drink. Billard room was chained closed. Very disappointing stay."

"The actual name of the hotel is Coco and not CoCoa. We have wasted more than 2 hours to find the hotel. If Expedia put the correct name and also provide the Chinese Name of the hotel, we will have an excellent stay.
The hotel room is clean and big. There is no actual TV only has a projector. I did not use it so I can't comment about it. The airconditioner works very well. The shower is good, water temperature also very good. There is a street with lots of food nearby and we have buffet dinner at hotel and price is very reasonable. Food taste very good but a bit cold. The hotel also provide breakfast and food also good but some of the food is a bit cold.
Staff are excellent, overall the hotel is great."

5 to 7 minutes by shuttle,
I arrived late on the day of the check in and yet i was able to be picked up by a shuttle van from the hotel, there was a younger gentleman at the check in counter and he was very helpful with my needs, if you staying in Guangzhou for a day then i would recommend this place, free airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient for me, not having to flag a taxi down and haggle with the taxi fare and the stress it causes along with it, this place cost me $48 in CAD, i would definitely stay here again.
