stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with good shower and toilet facilities.
More lighting would help in the rooms as the green colour made it a little bit darker than we wanted but this is a minor comment.

"We are so pleased with our stay. The apartment was incredibly clean and very quiet considering the location. Excellent windows that keep street noise to a minimum while letting in lots of light and great views of a historical part of Lisbon.
Our children made use of the baby bath tub, high chair and pack and play. We enjoyed the kitchen and the breakfast very much. It came with all the amenities needed to make easy meals. There’s a grocery store less than 10 minutes away by foot and numerous...

Depending on your needs you should know:
Some rooms require stairs to access (plus an elevator - need both) so if anyone in your party is elderly or disabled, fyi to request a room that’s accessible (as I’ve stayed here before and was still surprised by it when arriving with my mother. Who knew?)
The balconies are wonderful. If you are bothered by smokers though you should know this can be a...

"Superb location, beautiful views, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good enough especially considering the price of the room. Indoor swimming pool was very good and easy access to the beach made for a lovely stay. Car park was secure and plenty of space. We extended our stay an extra night as enjoyed it so much."

"We attended the Setubal Live Score Film Festival, and this hotel was within walking distance of both of the film venues and the train station. It’s also just across the street from a park filled with whimsical statues, as well as the town’s soccer stadium. The a la carte dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was quite good, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the indoor pool, but the water temperature and cleanliness of the whole
