Upon arrival we noticed a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain but was quickly attended to by the lovely gentleman at reception. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. "Can't recommend this highly enough. What a fantastic experience. The staff work so hard and were so welcoming. To see Giraffes, Rhinos, Ostriches, Impalas...etc right outside our accom was so special. The only negative I could find was that there wasn't enough time from check-in to get settled and take it all in before the sundown tour. We all agreed that 2 nights would be perfect to fully experience it all and get some downtime to enjoy and watch the animals with a drink from our balcony. All in all it was an outstanding experience and will be talking about it for years to come. "
