If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"It says there is air conditioning in the room but it’s not true. It was 28 C outside and very warm in the room, we were told that it’s not a season yet for the AC! So we couldn’t get a remote to the unit. TV was too small for the size of the room. Great shower. Good breakfast. Very nice

By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic).
