"I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. "We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee."

and I enjoyed our stay at “Bania” hotel. It was a short 3 day 2 night stay, in-between longer stays in Zakopane and Szczawnica. We definitely have planes to comeback, and next time it’s going to be most likely in the winter season. "

"Ok hotel in tiny vilage, area quiet but there is literally nothing nearby... All food, gas and supermarket needs Have to be gotten in Poprad 15 to 20 minutes drive away.
Rooms super plain and spartan.
Towels were not change daily, not sure why...
Breakfast was average.
Overall if You want to send a night in this area there are options in Poprad or in Strebske Pleso, there is No real reason to Look eksewhere...

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all.
However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel.
The breakfast was not bad too.
