"There was a very strong, overwhelming smell in the room - maybe because of something they use for cleaning. We could not use the spa. Asked for late check out and had to pay 25 euro's for 2.5 hours extra.. On the positive side, the breakfast is nice and the room is spacious. "

Negatives: the location is a10 minute car ride to town and nothing is around (except unfinished building). Landscaping needs to be cleaned up to give the look from the photos. Any noise in the building is noticeable in the room, even chairs moving and low voices.
