"This hotel like so many others serms shorthanded. The same font desk clerks are there from early morning til late at night. Breakfast room needs a new refrigerator. You must adk for milk, yogurt, eggs etc to be brought to you. Breakfast Lady is a delight. Shes friendly, smiling and helpful."

"I had put in a request for 2 beds and for 10 to 15 mins i had to argue with the lady who was getting all of my information that i did not request it even after I showed the receipt and showed how many days we were staying didn't matter till after i kept saying its for 2 beds . The room was not clean nor was the toilet has drug users who were next door and had tried to give us some with kids being in front of them. The sheets had burnt holes in them. The bathroom door was broke as if someone...

"The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again."
"It was a great experience at this location. The hotel room was roomy, clean, spacious. The staffs were all friendly. We were able to adjust the ac to our liking. The hot complimentary continental breakfast was great. The swimming pool and hot tube was a great addition. We will come back to same at this hotel next time we are in Lawrence! Thank you for a great Stay at The Holiday Inn at Lawrence, Kansas!!!"
