"Great for my quick visit. It’s must to go up to rooftop and enjoy the view. The front desk was not so warming, neither the breakfast ladies, but besides that, it was very quiet and surprisingly gym is apart. It was said it’s small and it’s not included on my stay price. So weird. Again, I will give a 4, on the side of those inconvenience."

"What a unique experience in Brno! The bunker room was clean, comfortable and rather spacious. We found the temperature pleasantly cool, especially enjoyable during summer. Although the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms, they were clean too. Wifi worked fine. Both the entrance fee for visiting the museum and a breakfast were included. Mind you that you need to be at the breakfast area early in order to enjoy the full spread. What makes this place so much more than the sum of all those mentioned? The friendly and helpful staff! Don't miss this if you're in Brno. I won't hesitate to stay there again if I revisit Brno."

"Very nice place in an nice quiet area of Brno. I think the street Schodova must have been named after a woman who really liked stairs. It is good exercise, but you can also take a tram which is opposite to the East."

"The hotel Royal Ricc is in a very convenient location only a block from the main Square in the City Hall. There are several restaurants and bar bars nearby. There is one with very good beer next to our window, however. It hasn’t bothered us, but it might bother someone who is a light sleeper. They offered to move us, but we chose to stay where we were because the room was really awesome!"

"I wanted a hotel near to the Vila Tugenhat and tram lines that would be good for an overnight stay. Hotel Europa met my needs. It isn't fancy, but the staff are welcoming, friendly, and informative and helpful. The rooms could do with renovation, but they are spacious, comfortable and clean. I was on the top floor in hot weather, but opening the skylights at night and air con at other times fixed that. The breakfast in the morning was a real spread of hot and cold options and very delicious. I was very happy at Hotel Europa"

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing! If those things were in place, the space would have been very nice. It was very roomy and centrally located. The apartment was easy to find, super closer to the train station, and within easy walking distance of all the sites we wanted to visit. One thing for American travelers to note, is that to open the door, you have to turn the key all the way and push at the same time. That gave us some trouble at first. "

"A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before."

Google Maps proved unreliable using the given address; it directed us to a junction, some distance from the actual property. A more precise address and directions are essential. Once inside the building, clearer signage indicating the flat number and floor is also needed. "
