"Had the best time here. When I booked this it was originally the cheapest place in the area so I was nervous but it absolutely BLEW me away. All the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. We met the GM, our rooms were clean, the pool was clean, I went by myself with 3 kids and they totally were helpful. "

"Beautiful grounds and beautiful building.Very comfortable bed! Even the pillows were really comfortable. Super clean room and bathroom. Our A/C unit worked very well. The morning breakfast had many light options and we were happy there were hard boiled eggs. From check in to check out we felt relaxed and well taken care of. "

"Old hotel so did expect minimal luxury’s. Hotel itself was ok . Staff were great . Such thin walls and pigs of guests staying close by made for a noisy night . "

"Our family had wonderful stays two weekends in a row, as we were visiting for horses shows. The location close to the horse park is super convenient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the accomodations were nice."

"There were drunk loud people in the room right under us. They kept us awake, we asked them nicely to be quiet. But it didn't change, so I called down to the front desk. She said she was familiar with the guys in the room and would talk to them. She did and they were quiet. The walls are very thin in the rooms, you can hear what everyone on each side of you is doing and saying. It needs insulation.
It would be nice if they served a continental breakfast. Having said all that, I would...

"I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. They were both closed for repairs. The website should be updated. I would not have stayed here had I known they were unavailable. "

"We weren’t able to use the pool because its under maintenance but in the app they did not mention that we are not able to use it, the check in time is 3:00 pm but they did not allow us to check in coz there is no room available at that time so we had to wait In our car for 30 minutes!"

"I enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness of my room. It’s an old inn with history. My room was nice with all the amenities. It took a while for the heater to heat the room. The night I stayed it was extremely cold and wintery. "

"This place was very nice and clean and had breakfast include. The indoor pool was a big plus for me. Fitness center was nice and clean also. I one complaint I have is the tub/showers was the basic kind. It’s just my preference when staying at a hotel I want that super modern walk in shower. Something different from what’s at home. Makes me feel more fancier. Nothing against the property but it’s just my person preference."
"Property is well managed with great customer service by all the staff and especially Mary. The cute pool and on-site laundry are so convenient. We will be back. "
"I highly recommend this property 5 mins drive to Red Hawk casino!! just next door to Dennys Carls Jr and 10 mins walk to a plaza safeway..dollar store Bank of america so convenient!!!Building looks old but the room was clean and shower pressure was great Bed so Comfortable with microwave and refrigerator.I will definitely will keep on coming back!Great value place to stay"
"just a fun, funky little town - the union hotel goes way back - would love to have seen it in its hey day! and if you can get a room (only 2 of 4) with direct balcony access even better (but you can access the balcony from the hallway for the other 2 rooms) - homemade breakfast (you get a selection) is - well - special - as is the super cool lady who does it all: hostess, waitress, busser - and most importantly - *chef*!! she's remarkable! want to go back on a friday to experience some of their other menu offerings (only serving friday - monday) and take in one of their local theatre productions...a truly great experience!

"The staff was friendly and helpful and considering the age of the property, it was very clean. The rooms were huge and they all had a pretty view of the field behind the property. This property was conveniently located near a wedding venue we were headed to. It was not fancy but it was very clean. "
"The manager was awesome! We left something very important in our room and only discovered AFTER we got home that it was missing! We drove back(hour drive) and she was able to help us get it back, even though the room was rented for the night. She went above and beyond to help us! "
"I adored the quirky southwest theme or cow theme. It was fantastic, the towels were absloutly wonderful. I adored the cow chair. I would stay there again but I want that same room"
"The design and setting of this inn are nothing short of spectacular. The scale, beauty and quality of the rooms is jaw-dropping. The serenity and peace one feels as a guest is just amazing. "
