"Our overall stay experience was great. There was a plumbing issue on the bathroom so they upgraded us to a deluxe room for the rest of our stay at no extra cost which we appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cheaper but clean room to stay in Canberra. "

"I love this property. This is my hotel of choice when staying in Canberra. It is not "new" and you might notice a small crack in the wall (hence my ranking of 4 in condition) but this isn't important to me. What I want is character, cleanliness, convenience (walking distance to Kingston shops) and easy parking. King sized bed is perfect with good linen. Can't remark on food options as generally out and about when in Canberra. Will be booking a room for a trip in November and to be honest - looking forward to returning!"
"Got to stay at ibis because of a last minute change of plan with another hotel canceled our booking due to plumbing issue. Stayed one night and was most satisfied with the room and easy check-in. Only problem was the design of the kitchen sink was Inappropriate. Otherwise a very nice two bedroom unit. Thankyou."

"There was no internet plugged to the TV, hence we could connect to YouTube. Had to depend on boring TV channels which had nothing great playing. Couldn’t speak to the service desk as they close at 6pm. "
"We arrived late on a Sunday and the reception was no longer open and we didn’t get any text messages to inform us of the after hours check in process. The phone rang for a min then was answered finally but it took about 20 mins to check in. Room was good, slept well, clean and well furnished."
