"I liked that they took out the couch in the room which made it easier to unload our luggage for the stay. My wife greatly appreciated that so I definitely appreciated it. Their ice machine also gave off filtered water and it was right by our room. Their coffee machine in the lobby made Phil’z coffee, I mean they had the one in the room too. Only thing I would say to improve is the snacks area, maybe throw in a breakfast stuff a pop tart or banana. But overall great stay and price was inexpensive. "

They had some circumstances causing them to need to change our room and they ended up upgrading us to a larger ocean view room. We realize the second day that the TV didn’t operate properly and had no capabilities for streaming services. The maintenance man told his it had been previously reported as broken but the manager didn’t care. The A/C would not stay on. The next day the power went out. They gave us a credit for the restaurant but when we tried to use it, we were told they had closed early. Too slow to keep open that evening. The next day the ice machines were all out of ice. When we complained about all the problem they just said, oh sorry? Horrible customer service. "
