Owners of the hotel were super ftiendly and funny. The gym was a big plus for us. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the spa, but it looked very good and relaxing. Close to rail station and only an hour from Rome this hotel could be used as an alternative to Rome accommodation if only a day trip is necessary. "
