"The photos were definitely misleading. Our room and bathroom had spider webs everywhere, the bedding smelled like sweat, and one of the showers even had a construction hole. It felt like the cleaning was just the bare minimum. I don't recommend staying here!

"The family suite is nice. It has a seated area for family to hang out with a separate bedroom if anyone wanted to go to bed, which is nice very nice kitchenette area, refrigerator microwave walking distance to Big bear Lake and downtown. I would stay there again. "

"It was easy to find during the day. It’s very classic all carpet if you’re sensitive to dust you might want to really look at pictures to see if it’s fit. It was perfect for my kids and I. The jacuzzi is amazing and w enjoyed how cozy it is here. "

All dishes dusty and with old food stains. This homes needs a asap deep clean and upgrades, don’t get me wrong the home is big, cozy and comfortable but the cleanliness is poor."
