"Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed,
but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time
in the public bath. It was not warm enough. "

"Nice staff with quick and easy check-in. Room conditions were ok but the price was very reasonable so it wasn't that much of a problem. It was a very good option. "

"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom.
Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "

"My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our family in Japan. It was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed for eight nights. It was like a home away from home. We had space for our family to come and visit us quite often. This was a priceless benefit.
It was close to everything we needed and the nearby train was not an issue but rather a comfort, knowing we had transportation available when needed.
The manager was excellent and provided everything we needed daily. This will be our...

"The Japanese style breakfast looked different from what is advertised. Not that bad actually, but need to digest the gap. "

"The service was very good. The room was clean and the facilities were easy to use, but the cold air coming from the windows was bothersome. Also, there were no convenience stores nearby, which was inconvenient."

"I love the good customer service of the front desk staff. Going over and beyond their duties to help tourist like me to be comfortable in Japan. Special mention to Mina for such superb and unparalled customer service and the lady working the morning of April 2 who helped me find a store to buy souvenirs to bring home and even print and translate for me the map and locations. Thank you front desk staff!!! 😃"
"Overall, it was very good. I liked the breakfast buffet and that helped me save money during my trip. There was one thing though that could have been better - it was not possible to switch my hotel room tv over to a different HDMI source. Because of that, it was not possible to connect my firestick to it. I think that's something for them to address for future travelers that might want to hook up a firestick, switch, or steam deck. But if you're looking for a relatively inexpensive place to stay, this is a pretty good choice. "
"First time at this hotel and i was satisfied with my experience.
The rooms are not big , but is exactly as the pictures shown.
Front desk nice and polite and the area is very close to restaurants and shops.
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and convenient laundry room inside the hotel.
I will stay again. "
