Lots of beaches around but you really need to hop in a taxi to find one that has paying sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. Make sure you are ok with lots of steps with your suitcase. Also an outdoor space with your room would be a real plus to dry wet swimwear."

"I stayed at this property for 2 weeks as a solo traveller. Got an uber from the airport and check in was smooth. Operator sent many recommendations through WhatsApp which were very helpful. It’s a guesthouse so it’s a room in a house with others in other rooms. Very clean and quiet in a great area which was walkable to everything. Only a few minutes walk to major attractions. Busses available nearby. Halfway through my stay I requested cleaning and fresh towels which was done no problem. The operators were available by WhatsApp for any questions. Air conditioning was much appreciated and could be controlled. Kitchen with supplies was useful and there was even a clothes washer was in the room. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. "

Breakfast was fine. Maybe the hot selection wasn’t to my liking but there was fresh bread and yoghurt and a selection of hot drinks.
My room was a pleasant surprise having a sitting area and two beds.

Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in training. Otherwise, fantastic location. Great kitchen. Great food. I would return."

There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service.
