My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed.
Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)"

Good buffet breakfast for 9€ in a small same owner hotel next door👍 The room discount price was about 190€ for 5 nights, price-quality ratio PERFECT! Good restaurants and pub right next door and a small Supermarket across the road 10 meters away. Taxi to the train station 4€🌞 Walking distance 2.5km Prievidza Airport (Gliding competitions) or taxi 3€. A full 10 Star holiday, Thank you!"

"Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly.
We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included.
Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. We went at 9.30am one day and there was pretty much nothing left(other than bread)
Overall we would definitely stay again, staff, the hotel and location make up for it.

"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much.
While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it. It is located at Hotel Fatra's dining room as a buffet style. The place was crowded, tables were not cleared, and 30 mins before the end they ran out of food.
