"The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel! "
"First they couldn’t find my booking. Without proper information they told me no room available. They were very rude front desk staff don’t know how to handle customers & online bookings. It’s Hotel officials fault as well as Hotel.com doing business with them
