We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

A little hard to drag suitcases to the room due to the stone surfaced area in front of the hotel. But overall very pleasant, convenient location and very pleasant and helpful staff. "

Small building so we felt like family hotel.
Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours).

"It was the perfect stop over for our trip from UK to Italy. We were arriving after 11pm but the instructions to get our keys was seamless. Breakfast was great and they accommodate animals. "Hotel de L’Europe was the perfect hotel for my daughter and I while backpacking Europe. It was an economical choice with a good sized room and an exceptional bathroom with a tub.
There was a lot of character in the old town building, with modern conveniences inside.
