The property includes the hotel, restaurant, roof-top bar, spa, pool, reception rooms, and a large inner courtyard. The design is creative and staff are very professional. "The shower was the worst part no pressure water at all wifi was cutting on and off all the time the tv took about an hour to sort itself out the bathrooms floor was grim I had to take a shower with my flip flops. Next door from us they were so noisy and annoying to the point that out bed was moving through the wall. "

"Great hotel in Rennes. Clean, well-appointed, and modern rooms. Very central location near restaurants and shops, and Rennes is a very walkable city. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Restaurant offered good breakfast spread, but didn’t have chance to have lunch or dinner there. Tiny gym, which was too small to be practical. Spa was nice additional, although it tended to get crowded at times. Overall, I think this is the top hotel in Rennes."
