Bathroom could have been bigger to fit comfortably, but is was workable. Only real downside was lack of kettle/tea & coffee making facilities in the room - only option outside breakfat is to go & BUY it somewhere - put a bit of a downer on the stay"

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, aircon most welcome, nice strong shower, really great value for money and a convenient location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a giant supermarket across the road. They have a microwave on-site for guests to use, which was handy as we were there for several nights. But when we did fancy takeout, they had a machine in the lobby to order from local restaurants, and the food was delivered to our room. Best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all so helpful and friendly."

"Staff went above and beyond during our check in as we had an issue with a taxi driver. Rooms are very clean, beds and pillows are very comfortable. Hit breakfast buffet has lots of options for every taste and wide selection of Kusmi tea. Great spot!!!"

"Handy parking that is not too tight. The hotel is on the outskirts but a bus top is only a few minutes away. The hotel features a proper bar and pizza. A shop is next door. Staff were very helpful. "

"Excellent all round. Clean and tidy with a decent small pool. Rooms a bit tight but fine for an overnight if visiting nearby Versailles. Food is the restaurant is good but menu could do with a bit more choice. All round very happy with the quality and the value"

"The hotel is right inside a large shopping center. All the shopping and dining options you could ever want. The public transportation is easy to access and takes you to Versailles in a matter of minutes. Exactly what we had hoped for. "

"Clean and comfortable. Front desk is closed at night and there’s a self check in kiosk. The hotel entrance is gated and need security code to get in. Was a bit confusing first but once figured out it was fine. There’s a security guy roaming the property all night and he was helpful though didn’t speak English. I was able to communicate with my broken French and google translate. Small breakfast area. Went elsewhere for breakfast. "

"The hotel was a great location for us. Close to Versailles. 7 minute drive for groceries. A full kitchenette and free parking included. However, no air conditioning and the bathroom had a sewer smell that never went away. The water was not drinkable at all and had a strange smell and taste."

"i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us. "

"The building looks old from outside - reminds me of an old factory or hospital and seems that the other half is shared with another company. Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future. "

"Very nice convenient location just a few minutes from the Metro station. Easy access to the city with train in 30 minutes. The reception staff was kind enough. We were lucky to get the room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room was very clean and cozy. We love the front water service 24 hours open and has sparkling water option! Also Kusumi teas at room was good."
