"Our Host and Hostess were delightful. Our surroundings beautiful! Both the interior and exterior memorable! The yard and pool area landscaped beautifully. Breakfast, a selection of fresh fruits, fresh croissants, juice, yogurt, and coffee or tea. The views stunning! peaceful.
My mattress dropped a bit from over use. We arrived in early Oct. so most business had shut down from the Fall. One restaurant was open for lunch and the castle wasn’t to open until Nov again. But lots of walking in nature...

Bed reasonably comfortable, pillows (or rather pillow) dreadful. Inconveniently separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast not worth the money really, but the coffee was nice. Host was agreeable and friendly. Sadly this was the only place we could find as most were fully booked. Next time, I’ll look more in advance and get something better. "

"The hotel definitely has a character. Is a beautiful, mysterious, clean, quiet and very calm place. I felt a very good energy, which helped me relax after a long day. Bed was very comfortable. We dined at the brasserie one evening which was lovely. It was low key with mainly sharing boards but we like that. The breakfast was a buffet and a number of the offerings were empty or nearly empty on the first morning as we were shortly before 9am, which was a disappointment but we arrived early on the second morning and everything was available. Breakfast was simple but pleasant. The staff everywhere were very helpful and friendly. "
