Room was clean, but no aircondition or just a regular fan, was warm outside. Nothing broken, but need to upgrade the look on the rooms. Refrigerator in the room broken - big plus and thank you to the receptionists and kitchen staff for helping me with my issue as I needed to keep some things cold, made a big difference!
Pillows too soft.

Vi ankom sent om aftenen da det var mørkt og hotellet ligger i noget der minder om et industrikvarter, så det så noget skummelt ud.
Men vores 1. Indtryk blev gjort til skamme da vi kom ind på et meget pænt og ordentligt hotel. Receptionisten var yderst venlig, og værelserne var pæne, rene og komfortable. Morgenmaden var fin. Der var ikke så meget at vælge mellem, men det der var, var rigtig godt.

"The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good.
The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets.
Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway."
