"The staff were so helpful from booking to departure. The room was well equipped with everything that you might need including a good coffee machine and kettle, dressing gowns and slippers, hairdryer and straightening tongs, the mini bar included soft drinks. I really enjoyed the stay here "

Le personnel est top et au petits soins. "Check-in not available before 5 pm and check-out time is 10 am. These are not common times.
But the worst is the heat in the room. It was so hot in the room that we could not sleep and left in the morning although we had paid for another night. The little ventilator was ridiculous and did not help at all.
Staff speaks only french. At least they were trying to help. But I really think with the summer heat the rooms must be equipped with air conditioning. It’s a shame we had to cancel out weekend...

The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service!

"The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques.
The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer."

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "
"Used the Hotel Aquarius as a base for our week, Wed to Wed, in the south of France. The main reason was to watch the rugby on the Saturday. The hotels is clean with a pool. The food and service was great for a 3 star and it even had a pool bar that was open 6 afternoons and night over our stay. The staff coped with our minimalist French and we really enjoyed our stay.
As a base it was great, close to the seafront and main bus route into Perpignan. This allowed us to explore Perpignan and get to Collioure, which is a picture postcard town further down the coast.
We may be back but that will be dependant on the date of next year's Game.
