Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet.
Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow. "

"The deluxe double room we had was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had that boutique feel.
Breakfast was also plentiful and well laid out.
As for location, a 3 min walk is all it took to be in the center of the old town."

Room was comfortable. Supposedly an upgrade from what I booked but I would have preferred not to be located on the first floor. The view would have been spectacular higher up had we not looked out onto the concrete roof of the lobby.
Slightly dated furnishings and lumpy pillows for a 5* hotel!
There is a health suite and pool but we didn't get chance to visit due to lack of time.

Good sized rooms and very well decorated.
We traveled with our 2 year old son, and they provided a crib for him which was already in the room on arrival (not always the case in other hotels). They even provided toiletries for kids and extra towels.
Housekeeping did a great job.
