"The room was amazing and the staff was spectacular. Our water heater went out on the last day. The staff came, discovered the problem and replaced the water heater all within an hour. When we finished our 10 gallon jug of water they replaced it immediately. Drinks were perfect and they remembered our preferences at every bar. It could not have been better! See you next year!!"
"The property is very nice and well kept. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was exceptional. The wait staff was not as attentive as they are in America, but we just attributed that to different practices in a different country than our own.
The room was clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Would definitely choose this hotel again if ever in Tegucigapa."
